Alright y’all, let me clear this up because the internet been running wild with this one. So boom, #Diddy’s personal videographer, Michael Oberlies, just spoke out about how #50Cent and Netflix got that footage for the four-episode doc.

And listen, he’s saying straight up: it wasn’t him. It wasn’t anybody officially tied to Diddy either. According to Oberlies, the footage got out through a "freelance fill-in", somebody who was only covering for him for three days while he was out of state.
He told Rolling Stone, “For over two years we’ve been working on a project profiling Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs. The footage in question was not released by me or anyone authorized to handle Sean Combs’ materials; it was by a third party who covered for me for three days while I was out of state.”

So all those rumors floating around talking about, “Oh Diddy ain’t pay his videographer, so he sold the tapes to Netflix” yeah, Oberlies is shutting all that down.
The leaked clips show Diddy in his NYC hotel room right before his September 2024 arrest, talking strategy with his legal team, and even chopping it up with fans in Harlem.
Just giving y’all the real.
