DIDDY’S PRISON RELEASE DATE JUST GOT PUSHED BACK 👀

We got an update on Diddy.

Sean “Diddy” Combs’ countdown to freedom just got a little longer. According to TMZ, published October 7, 2026, Diddy’s projected prison release date has been pushed back from January 21, 2028, to March 2, 2028. That’s approximately six weeks later than previously scheduled.

Now, the timing of this update has people talking, because it comes right after reports surfaced about Diddy’s alleged lifestyle behind bars at FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey.

According to an NBC News, Diddy allegedly had access to a contraband cellphone and alcohol while incarcerated. The report also claimed he was paying fellow inmates to give him massages, prepare special meals, and handle chores for him. These allegations have been described as a more comfortable, VIP-style prison experience.

Following those reports, TMZ reported that Diddy had been moved back into solitary confinement, also known as the Special Housing Unit. PEOPLE also reported that he remained in solitary confinement when the updated release date became public.

But here’s the important part: officials have not publicly confirmed that the allegations are the reason his release date changed. The Bureau of Prisons has declined to discuss individual inmates’ confinement conditions or explain the specific reason for a release-date change.

And if you’ve been keeping up with his timeline, this isn’t the first time his projected release date has changed. His original release date was listed as June 2028, and it was subsequently moved up before this latest adjustment. Even with the new date, he is still projected to be released before that original June 2028 date.

So, Whatspoppin’ fam, the big question is whether this latest change is connected to the allegations surrounding his reported prison privileges. For now, that connection has not been officially confirmed.
